Auction Platinum Sponsor: USA Farm Labor.
For more than 20 years, our agency has specialized in helping agricultural employers of all types and sizes secure a skilled, reliable, legal seasonal workforce through the H-2A visa program. We help farms and agribusinesses apply for Temporary Labor Certification, file complicated H-2A paperwork, and then source skilled agricultural employees from South Africa and around the globe.

AUCTION HAS ENDED
Meet My Neighbor Productions online auction to benefit farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural community members who have been impacted by the devastating floods in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Florida, and Tennessee has ended. The Helene Relief Fund is now open to requests.
YOU MAY STILL MAKE DONATIONS
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE / HURRICANE HELENE
Please fill out the form below to request assistance from the fund. Please be detailed in your needs. Our goal is to stretch our resources as far as possible which includes working within our network for equipment requests, etc. Please be advised that we will share some of the stories of beneficiaries so that we can continue our work and support.
Who is eligible?
Meet My Neighbor Productions is a nonprofit focused on the agricultural community. The agricultural community includes all those who meaningfully participate in farming, ranching, equestrian activities, marketing, sales, production, processing, or any other activity that supports agriculture.
To further clarify, activities related to forestry, hunting, fishing, agri-tourism, novelties (like Christmas Trees), farmers markets/stores, or other similar industries that normally fall under the regulatory umbrella of the USDA may qualify for help under the fund. When in doubt, submit a request.
This is a direct assistance program. We cooperate with other 501(c)3’s and grant programs but have an obligation to directly invest funds into the beneficiaries project. If your 501(c)3 is working on a project where our fund may assist with a portion we can work directly on that project with you by investing directly into the beneficiary but cannot donate to your nonprofit. Similarly we can work with other groups that do not have 501(c)3 status by directly investing in a beneficiary.
Please note, if form submits correctly the form will be replaced by a green box. If you are having issues with the form please contact our donation coordinators listed below.
Thank You Gold Sponsors!
How are recipients selected? Our Auction Board will review applications and recommendations from the public. The review will include their relationship with the agricultural community, extent of damages incurred, and how impactful Helene was on their life or operations. Our board will also determine the number of recipients based upon the success of the auction to ensure the amounts given are impactful. We’d love to help everyone so this won’t be an easy process.
Have any of the Auction Board Members been impacted? No. Our Board Members have volunteered in hurricane relief areas and have connections to the mountain communities impacted, but have not faced any losses themselves. No proceeds from the auction will benefit the board members.
