Cinematography Work Flow

Cinematography is highly collaborative and spans across a few months, to even a year, depending on the size and need of the project. Meet My Neighbor Productions covers a portion of the cinematography process based upon income considerations. Definitions

Videography – This includes the film crew, basic equipment, and technical staff.

Filming Expenses – All other expenses incurred, which may include; administrative support staff, permits, licenses, specialty equipment rentals, travel, accommodations, project guides, etc.

Post Production Expenses – Post-Production is the stage after production when the filming is wrapped and the editing of the visual and audio materials begins. Post-Production refers to all of the tasks associated with cutting raw footage, assembling that footage, adding music, dubbing, sound effects, just to name a few.

Feature Film Fundraising and Assistance – Film production requires significant funding. For larger scale projects both Meet My Neighbor Productions and Yanasa Ama Ventures are able to utilize their resources to collaborate on a funding strategy, partnerships, and sponsors to help raise necessary funds for a particular project. Feature Films are not “Advertising Videos.”

Film Distribution and Publishing – Reaching an audience requires distributing films across broadcast networks. Both Meet My Neighbor Productions and Yanasa Ama Ventures publish to Yanasa TV, www.yanasa.tv which is a network of channels listed across multiple broadcast networks. For feature films the organizations may also work with regional or national broadcast stations for further distribution.
